Panasonic 4K USB camera
Panasonic India launched a range of 4K resolution USB camera solutions to enhance workplace communications. These cameras can be implemented via a USB interface and can be installed on Windows, Mac OS, Android OS, and Linux. These cameras are also compatible with all cloud-based solutions. But these are expensive, starting at Rs 99,999.
The new range of conference cameras includes four models, KX-VDW120SX, KX-VDW200SX, KX-VDW500SX and KX-VDW300SX. These cameras are equipped with 4K resolution and come with auto framing and speaker tracking features. Speaker tracking is implemented with audio positioning and face detection that tracks the user around the room as they speak, giving the user the flexibility to move around during calls.
Techno Pop 5 LTE
The Tecno Pop 5 LTE is an entry level smartphone that comes with a 6.52-inch HD display. The phone also comes with Android 11 Go with Tecno's own skin on top. There is an 8MP dual camera setup on the back along with a 5MP front camera. Tecno hasn't specified which processor is used in the phone, but we do get a 5,000mAh battery along with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. The Tecno Pop 5 LTE is priced at Rs 6,299.
The Oppo A16K smartphone is another entry-level smartphone that comes with a 6.52-inch HD+ display. The phone is powered by MediaTek Helio G35 chipset and comes with 3GB RAM and 32GB RAM. The device is powered by a 4,230 mAh battery and comes with a 13 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front camera. The Oppo A16K is priced at Rs 10,490.
JBL Tour One
JBL Tour One headphones come with Adaptive Noise Cancellation and four microphones for better noise cancellation and call quality. The headphones also support Google Assistant and Alexa input and come with 40mm dynamic drivers.
Other features include 50 hours of battery life without noise cancellation and 25 hours with noise cancellation. Plus, fast charging lets you get 2 hours of playback from just 10 minutes of charging. The headphones also support sound tuning via the JBL Headphones app. Tour One is priced at Rs 25,999.
Sennheiser HD 450SE
The Sennheiser HD 450SE headphones feature a 30-day battery life, USB-C charging, and support for codecs like AAC and aptX. Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity allows you to wirelessly connect the headphones to your devices.
Other features include a Smart Control app that lets you adjust the sound to your liking and update firmware. The design of the headphones also allows you to fold them when you travel. The Sennhesier HD 450SE is priced at Rs 14,990.

Soundcore has announced the Life Note 3 TWS earphones that come with a glossy carbon fiber finish and features including 35 hours of battery life and a dedicated gaming mode for low latency. The earphones feature 11mm drivers and come with triple microphones on each earcup to offer noise cancellation. The headphones also support customization through the Soundcore app. The headphones are priced at Rs 7,999.
Logitech G435 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Headset
The Logitech G435 Lightspeed is ultralight, weighing just 165 grams, making it comfortable enough to wear all day. The headphones are designed for small to medium heads and feature an optional volume limiter.
They connect to other devices wirelessly via Bluetooth and come with a 2.4GHz USB-A adapter for charging and wired use. The cups are equipped with 40mm drivers that deliver rich sound and dual microphones that reduce background noise while amplifying your voice.
The G435 wireless headset comes in three colors: black and neon yellow, blue and raspberry, and off-white and lilac. They also come with left and right Braille displays for the visually impaired and are priced at Rs 7,495.
Boult Audio Launches New AirBass Y1 TWS Earbuds
Boult Audio announced the launch of its new TWS earphones, the AirBass Y1, which claim to offer up to 40 hours of total playback with Type-C fast charging. The earphones support single-channel audio, which means users can listen to music or take calls on a single earphone.
The AirBass Y1 is priced at Rs 1299 and will be available for purchase through Flipkart. These headphones will be sold in two color options, black and white. The earphones come with angled buttons with extra soft silicone tips and are equipped with Bluetooth 5.1 and fast charging.
The company claims that these headphones offer a total of 100 minutes of playback time in just 10 minutes of charging. The size of the drivers has not been specified. These headphones can be used separately as monopods after successful pairing. They come with IPX5 water resistance. The earphones are also touch sensitive and can be used to adjust the volume, change tracks, take calls or control your voice assistant.
Motorola Launches Moto G70 LTE New Tab in India
Moto tab G70 LTE was launched in India on January 18, 2022. The tablet has an 11-inch 2K display that is powered by a MediaTek Helio G90T chipset paired with 4GB RAM + 64GB storage. The tablet has a single 13-megapixel rear camera and a single 8-megapixel front camera.
The Moto G70 LTE Tab is priced at Rs. 21,999 and the tablet will be available in a single 4GB RAM + 64GB storage option. It will be available for pre-order through Flipkart during the Republic Day sale until January 22. The tablet comes in only one color option, the modernist teal. Customers can take advantage of a 10 percent discount when purchasing through an ICICI Bank card.
The Moto G70 LTE Tab runs on Android 11 and is powered by the MediaTek Helio G90T SoC. The tablet sports an 11-inch 2K IPS LCD screen that has a maximum brightness of 400 nits. The tablet comes in a single variant of 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, the internal storage is expandable up to 1TB via microSD card. Motorola claims that the tablet screen is certified by TUV Rheinland to reduce blue light exposure and improve eye comfort.
The Moto tab G70 LTE includes a 13-megapixel rear camera with an f/2.2 lens and an 8-megapixel front camera with an f/2.2 lens. The tablet has a 7,700mAh battery that supports TurboPower charging at 20W via USB Type-C. The tablet also has a quad-speaker setup with Dolby Atmos support. The tablet is IP52 rated for dust and water resistance.
pTron Force X11 smartwatch launched in India
pTron has launched pTron Force X11 in India. The new smartwatch sports a 1.7-inch square display with a metal body and slim bezels on all four sides. The smartwatch features seven days of battery life along with features like heart rate monitoring, SpO2 monitoring, blood pressure, sleep tracking, and seven sports modes, among other fitness-oriented features.
The smart watch has a built-in microphone and supports Bluetooth v5.0 for remote calls. The watch also supports camera remote control and music playback remote control. The company claims that the smartwatch can be fully charged in 3 hours and can last for 7 days on a single charge. The watch is IP68 water and dust resistant and weighs 37 grams.
The pTron Force X11 also supports multiple customizable watch faces via the DaFit app, which is compatible with phones running Android 4.4 or higher and iOS 9.9 or higher. The pTron Force X11 is priced at Rs 2,799, comes in two colors and is available on Amazon.
Logitech MX Keys Wireless Mini Keyboard
Logitech has introduced the new MX Keys Mini and MX Keys Mini for Mac keyboards designed specifically for creators. The MX Keys Mini is equipped with Perfect Strike, which is Logitech's non-mechanical typing technology to ensure a smooth, noise-free typing experience.
Logitech MX Keys Mini and MX Keys Mini for Mac are priced at Rs 12,995 in India. The keyboards come in a minimalist and elegant design. The keyboards are available in three color options, pink, pale gray and graphite.
Logitech has included three new features in these keyboards that aim to enhance the work experience when using Logitech Options. The keyboards include a dictation key, a microphone mute/unmute key, and an emoji key. The keyboard offers fast charging via USB-C, and MX Keys Mini easily connects up to three Bluetooth Low Energy wireless devices. MX Keys Mini for Mac is optimized for macOS, iOS, and iPadOS.
Anker Powerport Atom III
Anker has announced the Powerport Atom III Slim in India. The charger can provide 65W output and can charge laptops despite being in a small form factor. The 0.7-inch design weighs around 5 oz or 141 grams. The charger has four USB-C output ports and can charge 4 devices simultaneously.
The Powerport Atom III is priced at Rs 3999 and is available on Flipkart and Amazon. The product is also available at a special offer price in the ongoing Amazon Republic Day Sale. The charger comes with an 18-month warranty.
The Powerport Atom III can charge USB-C laptops like the Dell XPS 13 and 2018 MacBook Air at full speed through a 45W USB-C port. Sony launches HT-A9 home theater system and HT-A7000 soundbar
Sony India has launched its premium range of HT-A9 home theater system and HT-A7000 sound bar offering a multi-dimensional sound experience. Powered by 360 Spacial Sound Mapping technology that creates an immersive soundscape for movies, music, or games.
Both the HT-A9 and HT-A7000 support Dolby Atmos Audio and DTS:X technology. The HT-A9 home theater system has four individual units that offer 7.1.4 channel output. All four units can be placed asymmetrically and will calibrate according to their positioning to give the user a surround sound experience. The HT-A9 has an omnidirectional block design with 804W of audio output capacity when combined with a subwoofer. It supports Wi-Fi connectivity, Bluetooth 5.0, HDMI eARC along with an HDMI 2.1 pass-through port and an optical port.
The HT-A7000 soundbar has a traditional design and offers 800W output, 7.1.2 channels. The soundbar can be paired with the SA-SW5 or SA-SW3 subwoofers. Users can also opt for an additional rear speaker, the SA-RS3S. The soundbar has upward-firing drivers and side-firing drivers to provide users with immersive sound. For connectivity, it has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, HDMI eARC connectivity along with an HDMI 2.1 pass-through port and an optical port. Both systems support voice activation with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
Both the HT-A9 home theater system and the HT-A7000 sound bar will be available from January 20, 2022. As for the prices, the Sony HT-A9 with the SW3 subwoofer is priced at 1.70. 980 rupees. The HT-A9 with the more powerful SW5 subwoofer is priced at Rs 197,980. Moving on to the Sony HT-A7000, combined with the SW3 subwoofer, is priced at Rs 1,50,980, while the HT-A7000 combined with the SW5 subwoofer more powerful is priced at Rs 1,77,980. The SA-RS3S is priced at Rs 30,990. Both the HTA9 and HT-A7000 will be available at all Sony Centers, e-commerce portals and major electronics stores across the country starting January 20.
